Skull is also fairly fast and, as you level-up, has the most powerful "tap to fire" weapon in the franchise and the most useful "land mine" style weapon as well. So if you are starting from scratch, you get more "stuff" if you start with the F&F set. Conversely, the F&F game has the four extra commanders from the movie and the "hack" track piece while also including the current Overdrive commanders (after you defeat the movie ones) and support for all of the same game modes.
